Your guests receive the star treatment as they walk a red carpet and pose for a photo op against a custom made step and repeat banner. All banners are made from high quality block out material on your choice of matte vinyl or non-glare fabric. Each banner is printed seamlessly, making it one continuous piece. Provide us with your images and logos and we do the layout. We can also design monograms for you

What will a Red Carpet Affair provide at your event?

All set ups includes rental of professional banner stand, red carpet, velvet rope and stanchions. The banner is your to keep.

How much space is needed to set up the banner along with the red carpet and stanchions?

We ask for 10’x 6′ space in order to accommodate the entire set up.

What is a step and repeat banner?

A step and repeat banner is a media backdrop display that has one or more logos, names, monograms, or other images repeated in an alternating pattern. The purpose of a step and repeat banner is to emphasize logos, names, monograms, or other images during red carpet events and other special events. The step and repeat backdrop banner is designed for photo opportunities.

How long does it take for A Red Carpet Affair to create a customized step and repeat banner?

As soon as banner proofs are approved, and full payment is received, the banner can be completed within 7-10 business days. We prefer at least 2 weeks to complete the project.

Can I use a logo or monogram that I am already using for the wedding?

Absolutely! If you already have a logo or monogram that you had custom designed for your special event, we can use that same logo on the banner to carry over your theme. See below for file specifications.

How many logos or monograms can I have on my customized banner?

You can have anywhere from 1 to 6 logos, it’s really up to you. Keep in mind that any more than that could look a bit too busy for an 8’X 8′ banner. After all, the person(s) in the photo should still be the focal point.

What type of files should the logos, monograms, or images be?

For the best image quality, we prefer vector files. Vector files are resolution independent and can be scaled to any size without loss of quality. Files should be saved as TIFF, JPEG, PDF, or PNG, each have to be at least 100 DPI at 12 inches.

Can the staff at A Red Carpet Affair create a logo or monogram for me?

Yes, we charge anywhere from $25.00-$50.00 per logo or monogram depending on the complexity of the design.

Does A Red Carpet Affair provide a professional photographer to take the photos?

By request, we can provide professional photography for your event. The photographer can then use their own judgment in terms of equipment or appropriate lighting in order for them to take the best photos of the couple and their guests against the backdrop.
